Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and HubSpot Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems, as well as a strong background in marketing operations and data management. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CRM integrations, data cleaning and standardization, workflow automation, and marketing activities to drive lead generation and improve overall marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1.Salesforce Configuration and Optimization
- Modify Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements, such as making fields non-mandatory and adding new fields.
- Import and update account and contact information in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement and manage Salesforce workflows and automation to streamline sales processes.
2.HubSpot Integration and Management
- Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems on all object levels (Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Opportunities).
- Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows for data cleaning, standardization, and lead assignment.
- Create and manage landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts in HubSpot.
3.Data Management and Quality
- Clean and standardize existing data in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Implement data standardization workflows to ensure newly entered data meets company standards.
- Establish and maintain company-wide contact policies and cookie policies to ensure compliance and data privacy.
4.Marketing Operations
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to address industry pain points through webinars, email campaigns, and social media.
- Create segment maps for email segmentation based on company contact policies and business requirements.
- Generate marketing reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5.Training and Support
- Conduct training sessions for team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and HubSpot users.
6.Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, including workflows, landing pages, email campaigns, and reporting.
- Experience with data cleaning, standardization, and segmentation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing landing pages and emails.
