About the job Sales Trainer-Skin Care
MADI International is a leading distributor of beauty and personal care products, committed to excellence in the beauty industry. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Skin Care Sales Trainer to join our team in Abu Dhabi and contribute to the growth of our skin care brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients on skincare products, application techniques, and benefits.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and industry developments.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Visit clients, salons, and beauty centers to provide training and support.
- Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and guides.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Skin Care Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Beauty Educator.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and application techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Valid driving license is mandatory (as the role requires travel to client locations).
- Arabic language is a must.
