In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants focused on off-plan property sales.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for off- plan developments.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are being met.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
- Coordinate with marketing and development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to potential buyers.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and property tours.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales off-plan development
- Proven experience as a Sales Leader, Sales Manager, or similar role with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales of plan with other developer company
