With a collective strength of 8 brands, we have more than 160 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Team Lead, you have to be passionate about Motors and sales and play a key role in growing dubizzle’s B2C client base and revenues.In this role, you will: Work in line with an agreed strategy to grow a designated client segment; Mentor and train employees to consistently demonstrate a full understanding of our market and business position; Identify key talent in the team through effective coaching, 1-2-1's and performance reviews; Discuss progression areas with key talent in their development areas and help drive their growth path; Understand the performance dashboards and convey the relevant information to key clients; Monitor client account activity and health, providing guidance and assistance to key clients who are not managing their accounts effectively and identifying upsell opportunities, thus reducing the business risk of churn; Strive to help meet and exceed individual and assigned team revenue targets in line with business objectives; Ensure a smooth onboarding transition for newly acquired clients; Ensure that the predetermined client care program is administered for each new client to achieve benchmarked health and quality metrics; Keep abreast of competitor activity and movements and proactively share information internally; Hit performance targets as stipulated by the line manager, where appropriate; Utilise all business tools made available as part of the company’s vision to become more data-driven and ensure the adoption of pro tools such as Salesforce.
