Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure the sales team achieves their goals efficiently. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between internal teams and external clients.


Responsibilities:


Effectively promote our company's products and services, aligning offerings with clients' objectives and predicting future needs.
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Collaborate closely with international sales team to drive synergies and maximize sales potential.
Develop compelling content for meetings and presentations, showcasing findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices, utilizing CRM software for efficient tracking and reporting.
Deliver reliable after-sales support and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
Providing administrative and operational support to the CEMs from the back office.
Ensure all leads are promptly entered into the CRM and categorized appropriately.
Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, and ensure technology and equipment are set up for meetings.
Assist with special projects and research tasks as needed
Coordinate between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, renewal, banking team or finance) to streamline processes
Generating reports and analysis
Actively involved in events and marketing activities

Requirements
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal) is essential
  • In-depth knowledge of the China market
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally throughout the year
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry
  • Effective time management and planning capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
