Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join a dynamic team in JLT, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing office operations while supporting a sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including CRM updates, sales tracking, and reporting.
  • Set, monitor, and manage KPIs for the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and general administration.
  • Coordinate meetings, handle scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support data analysis and reporting to enhance sales performance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales support, sales administration, or office management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions proactively.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and ensures completion.

  • Ability to work closely with the sales team to improve efficiency.
