Job Description: Sales & Support Consultant


Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Support Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in setting up our company while effectively managing inbound sales and supporting existing clients. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to contribute to the establishment and growth of our company.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support:


  • Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate our products/services.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to sales strategy development.

Client Support:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions as needed to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate insights into product/service improvements.

Company Setup:


  • Assist in the setup and establishment of new processes, procedures, and systems within the company.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and client service delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and support functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in client relationship management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and contribute to company growth.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and support ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with startup environments and the challenges associated with company setup.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer success role.
