Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Support Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in setting up our company while effectively managing inbound sales and supporting existing clients. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to contribute to the establishment and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate our products/services.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to sales strategy development.
Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions as needed to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.
- Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate insights into product/service improvements.
Company Setup:
- Assist in the setup and establishment of new processes, procedures, and systems within the company.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and client service delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and support functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in client relationship management and problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and contribute to company growth.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and support ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with startup environments and the challenges associated with company setup.
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer success role.
