We are looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with our sales team to ensure the smooth functioning of all sales operations.


Responsibilities:


Order Processing:


  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify order information, pricing, and discounts.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Support:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:


  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Manage and update customer databases and contact lists.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing sales documentation.

Communication:


  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Keep the sales team informed of relevant information and updates.
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status and other relevant information.

Inventory Management:


  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and deliveries.

Reporting:


  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities.

Language Requirements:


  • Excellent command of Russian and English.

Qualifications:


Educational Background:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills and experience:


  • Demonstrated experience in sales administration or support roles.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP ERP, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
