Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sales Supervisor with a strong background in managing retail stores specializing in candy, sweets, and family-oriented products. This role requires someone who can create a fun, engaging atmosphere for children and families while driving sales and maintaining exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will:
•Lead and motivate the sales team to create a welcoming environment for families and children.
•Train staff on product knowledge, allergen awareness, and safe handling practices.
•Plan and execute seasonal displays, promotions, and interactive in-store events to attract families.
•Ensure high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and stock availability.
•Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets.
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in candy stores, confectionery shops, or family retail environments.
•Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory).
•Strong understanding of candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends.
•Proven ability to train and manage a team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
•Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions.
•High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
