Sales Specialist with (Russian, German, and French Nationality)

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Marketing and attracting contractors for related products.
2. Collaborating with the advertising team, website, and social media to improve lead quality and quantity.
3. Communicating with customers via phone, website chat, and social media.
4. Conducting in-person or online meetings with clients and contractors.
5. Identifying and acquiring new customers through market research and networking.
6. Building effective relationships and offering tailored proposals to meet customer needs, enhancing sales and customer satisfaction.
7. Following up with potential clients and converting them into loyal customers.
8. Preparing and organizing sales reports and analyzing market data.
9. Attending exhibitions and trade events to introduce products and services.
10. Recording customer information in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

1. Work experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry, event planning, or business development services.
2. Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.
3. Familiarity with sales techniques and marketing principles.
4. Ability to work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
5. Proficiency in email marketing and social media advertising.
6. Teamwork skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

1. Holding a valid UAE residence visa (company registration, sponsorship, or employment visa)
2. A minimum of 2 years of work and living experience in the UAE.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic (knowledge of additional international languages is a plus).
4. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the following fields:

• Obtaining various residency permits or company registration.
• Sales experience in tourism and travel packages.
• Selling business consultancy services.
