Sales Specialist with (Russian, German, and French Nationality)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Marketing and attracting contractors for related products.
- Collaborating with the advertising team, website, and social media to improve lead quality and quantity.
- Communicating with customers via phone, website chat, and social media.
- Conducting in-person or online meetings with clients and contractors.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers through market research and networking.
- Building effective relationships and offering tailored proposals to meet customer needs, enhancing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Following up with potential clients and converting them into loyal customers.
- Preparing and organizing sales reports and analyzing market data.
- Attending exhibitions and trade events to introduce products and services.
- Recording customer information in the CRM system.
Required Skills:
- Work experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry, event planning, or business development services.
- Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and marketing principles.
- Ability to work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Proficiency in email marketing and social media advertising.
- Teamwork skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
- Holding a valid UAE residence visa (company registration, sponsorship, or employment visa)
- A minimum of 2 years of work and living experience in the UAE.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (knowledge of additional international languages is a plus).
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the following fields:
- Obtaining various residency permits or company registration.
- Sales experience in tourism and travel packages.
- Selling business consultancy services.

- Fixed monthly salary.
- Performance-based bonuses, calculated based on collected points and daily activity levels, up to 5% of the profit from each contract or 2-3% of the total contract value, according to the specified commission structure. During the first two months, a financial support allowance of AED 2,000 will be provided.

Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: Until 3:00 PM
