Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Proficient in organizing wedding ceremonies, events, and more

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must have resided in Dubai for at least 4 years
  • Type of visa: Sponsorship or Company Registration


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • NATIONALITY JUST IRANIAN
  • Fluent in English
  • The first two months, the salary is 9,000 dirhams per month without commission. From the third month, it is 5,000 dirhams plus commission
