Job Description

About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Representative with expertise in bath and body care products, including skincare, bath essentials, and premium body treats. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury wellness brands, an understanding of high-quality product positioning, and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences across a wide range of bath and body treatments.


Key Responsibilities:


Promote and sell premium bath and body products (skincare, bath essentials, body treats) to achieve sales targets.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and luxury service.


• Stay updated on global wellness and beauty trends, including new product launches and seasonal collections.


• Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and unique features of bath and body care products.


• Utilize modern sales technologies, such as CRM platforms and digital sales tools, to track leads, monitor performance, and enhance customer interactions.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand-specific promotions, store activations, and events.


• Ensure that the store’s visual presentation aligns with the premium standards of luxury brands.


• Resolve customer concerns promptly and follow up to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.


• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and contribute to strategies for optimizing performance.


Key Skills and Competencies:


Brand Experience: Demonstrated success in working with global wellness and beauty brands, particularly in bath and body care products.


• Customer Engagement: Ability to understand and cater to the needs of customers, delivering tailored experiences.


• Product Knowledge: Expertise in the benefits and unique features of bath, body care, and skincare products.


• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in retail environments.


• Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, digital tools, and inventory management platforms to optimize sales processes.


• Global Trend Awareness: Familiarity with international wellness trends and beauty products.


• Collaboration: Work with store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and promotional events.



Requirements

Qualifications:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent (A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Beauty, or related fields is a plus.)


Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, particularly in bath, body care, and wellness products.


Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM platforms, and POS systems.


Languages: Bilingual candidates  preferred to support diverse clientele.
