Job Description

- Wholesales & e-commerce team
- Employees of EC as required
External Interaction Relationship:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers; questions and inquiries regarding available products.
- Provide detailed information regarding the brand, in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decision.
- Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guide them with the usage of the products, as required.
- Encourage customers to make additional purchases, to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
- Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.
- Understands and promotes company programs.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.
- Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
- Performs other assignments as required from the management.
