Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
- Provide regular updates on progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives to Sales Manager and Management team.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Help forecast and track key account metrics.
- Maintain an updated client database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow sales opportunities.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential opportunities for new products/services.
- Prepare and follow up on a weekly plan of meetings with clients.
- Manage supplier visits and ensure they are properly entertained.
- Organize monthly warehouse visits for VIP clients.
- Arrange quarterly outing events with the customer service and logistics teams.
- Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM (Business Relationship Management) and CRM practices, with the ability to build productive business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Strong relationship management skills with a willingness to accept feedback and grow
