Sales Representative- Leather Goods, Wallets & Perfumes

• Educate customers about the features, craftsmanship, and benefits of our leather products, wallets, and perfumes.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Explain product care, usage, and after-sales services.
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed and regularly replenished.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
• Follow all company policies regarding customer service and sales processes.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
• Experience working with leather goods, accessories, or perfumes is highly preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
