Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional sales representatives (ladies preferred) to present our gelato offerings to hospitality executives. The ideal candidate will combine charm, persuasive skills, and a passion for fine desserts to secure partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively approach and build relationships with hospitality executives, including F&B managers, chefs, and business owners.
• Present and promote our gelato products to potential clients, highlighting quality, taste, and customization options.
• Conduct on-site tastings and product demonstrations.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing and confident personality with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Passion for high-quality food products, especially desserts.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation is a plus.
