Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of home appliances to customers, providing detailed explanations to drive interest and sales.
  • Engage with potential customers in retail environments, offering personalized advice and answering questions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales through effective persuasion and negotiation techniques.
  • Gather customer feedback and competitor information to provide insights for improving product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining product displays, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reporting any issues related to inventory or product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home appliances sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product features in simple terms.
  • In-depth understanding of home appliances, including energy efficiency, functionality, and latest industry trends.
