Description
The Role
Champion and project manage the delivery of global sales enablement processes: + Account planning – Coordinate cross-business planning sessions related to clients with the highest growth potential, identify actions, and report progress.
+ Client Satisfaction – Coordinate the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey and independent client review interviews.
+ Clients at Risk – Identify, track, and report revenue-at-risk scenarios, and support the development of robust action plans when needed.
Provide support to managed accounts by partnering with Lead Relationship Managers. Provide support to Risk & Broking and Health, Wealth & Career businesses/markets in effective sales enablement, including pipeline management and reporting, managing target lists, tracking sales campaigns, and reporting on sales effectiveness, insights, and trends. Collaborate effectively with Centers of Excellence to support the execution of sales activities such as contracting, client intake, questionnaires and proposal support, client satisfaction, and sales tools and analytics. Drive adoption of Dynamics CRM within Risk & Broking and Health, Wealth & Career by supporting businesses and individual users as required (e.g., colleague training & support, sharing best practices). Manage data integrity within internal systems of record (such as Dynamics CRM) to ensure client leads, team members, segmentation, pipeline, and activities are accurately represented. Implement global Sales Operations initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity within Sales Operations, for sellers and/or businesses, including new tools & processes relating to sales campaigns, Dynamics functionality, and lead generation. Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to drive growth activities and share best practices

Ability to collaborate and partner with leadership and client-facing colleagues, Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to successfully communicate across multiple stakeholder groups, Strategic thinker, Ability to coordinate and connect multiple growth priorities, Ability to partner with multiple COEs and stakeholders, High level of business acumen, Team-oriented and collaborative, Broad understanding of WTW capabilities and expertise, Experience with a CRM system is advantageous, Competent in Microsoft tools, primarily Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
