Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Executive to join our import-export company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring seamless import and export operations. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the import-export sector.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and suppliers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
Operations & Logistics Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners for smooth delivery and customs clearance.
- Manage documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Resolve any operational challenges, including delays, quality issues, and logistics concerns.
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in import/export or trading.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
