What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Property Tours & Presentations: Show off stunning homes and commercial properties, delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential buyers.
  • Client Consultations: Act as an expert advisor, helping clients navigate the market, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
  • Negotiating & Closing: Work with clients to negotiate offers, close deals, and manage the entire transaction from offer to closing day.
  • Market Expertise: Stay on top of market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to offer your clients the best possible advice.
  • Going the Extra Mile: Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with your clients to ensure their experience is smooth, positive, and successful.

What We’re Looking for:

  • No experience in real estate? That’s okay! We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Sales experience (real estate preferred, but we’re open to driven individuals from other industries).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills – you’re a people person who thrives on helping others.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus, but not required.
