Job Description

Position Title:             Sales & Membership Executive

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 6,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications

Benefits:                   Meals, Uniforms, Airline Ticket, Medical and Life Insurance

Job Location:            Dubai, UAE

 

About the Client:

A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure Group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service.

 

Job Description:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales targets by selling premium membership packages to prospective clients.
  • Conduct tours of the club premises, present all products and services available to clients, and showcase the unique facilities and benefits the company has to offer.
  • Update and monitor the CRM system to maintain a current and comprehensive list of leads, enabling effective tracking and identification of potential prospects.

 


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Arabic, CIS & European nationals within 25-38 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Preferably in fitness, hospitality, or luxury services
