As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:


  • Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Help in organizing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Compile reports and analyze data to provide insights for future marketing strategies.
  • Help track and measure the success of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
  • Support the Sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Assist in lead generation and follow-up, including reaching out to potential clients or partners.
  • Help track sales performance and report on the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Help coordinate logistics for events and manage participant communication.
  • Provide support with post-event follow-up, including surveys and attendee engagement.
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, scheduling meetings, and keeping the team on track with deadlines.
  • Support with maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and tracking communications.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:


  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or experience in Sales, Marketing, or Social Media Management is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and sales strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to team goals.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Flexible working hours and learning environment.
