Job Description

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our wood joinery products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, highlighting the value and quality of our products.
  • Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with contractors, developers, interior designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering superior customer service and ensuring satisfaction with the products delivered.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met in terms of quality, timelines, and customization.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
