We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to promote and drive sales for the UAE & Oman region. You will be responsible for building relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, owners, and distributors while ensuring the technical and commercial success of our products in the market.


Your Tasks:
  • Promote Armacell’s insulation and strategic products across UAE & Oman by liaising with MEP consultants, contractors, and owners to showcase the product benefits


  • Perform technical calculations, such as thickness calculations, ensuring all products comply with technical specifications and industry standards


  • Develop the Abu Dhabi and Oman markets, meeting the assigned sales targets for each region


  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to track competitor activities, identify market trends, and develop strategic insights


  • Provide both technical and commercial support to distributors’ sales teams, ensuring a deep understanding of Armacell products to maximize sales performance


  • Maintain and update all sales leads and opportunities on the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring effective follow-up, lead tracking, and conversion


Your Profile:
  • Preferably technical degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering or related experience


  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insulation products, in AC, HVAC industry or the construction materials sector


  • Proven track record of technical sales success in the UAE and Oman markets, particularly in engaging with MEP consultants and contractors, is desirable


  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and owners’ representatives


  • Ability to gather and interpret market intelligence for competitive strategy and market positioning


  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms to manage sales leads and reporting


  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple sales targets and assignments effectively, with a valid driving license for the UAE
