Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales of our advanced security solutions portfolio, including biometrics, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), CCTV systems, facial recognition, and other cutting-edge security technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the security industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales process for security solutions, from lead generation to closing deals. Set and achieve sales targets, providing clear direction and motivation to the sales team.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key verticals, including government, law enforcement, corporate enterprises, transportation, and critical infrastructure sectors. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling: Demonstrate deep knowledge of the company’s security solutions, tailoring presentations and proposals to client needs. Provide technical and product expertise in areas such as biometrics, ANPR, CCTV, and facial recognition.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and competitor activities in the security space. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and create strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of security solutions and to provide valuable feedback for product improvements.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Oversee the preparation of detailed proposals, pricing models, and contracts in collaboration with the legal and finance teams. Negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reports to senior management.
