In this role, you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy to bring in the best results. While maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue. Advising clients on market conditions and pricing strategies and facilitating the sales as an individual contributor and with the help of your team.
  • Conduct market research to discover new opportunities and stay current on market trends. Utilizing marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, legal, finance, and operations teams.
  • Monitor sales data for insights and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for impactful promotional campaigns.
  • Present sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through new business activity and networking events.
  • Build and grow a wide network of client and market contacts to drive revenue.

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of real estate industry experience in the region, with a proven track record.
  • Have commercial experience in Real Estate and related sectors.
  • Must have negotiation skills along with excellent communication to be successful in this position.
