We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Manager with Readymix experience in the UAE to join our team in Dubai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our Readymix concrete products and services. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote readymix concrete products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts.
- Oversee the company's online and offline marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and customers to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies are competitive and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the Readymix industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as Marketing Manager Ready Mix Industry
- Candidates without Ready Mix Industry will not be considered
