Foreground is partnering with one of the leading outdoor media suppliers in the UAE, a company that is rapidly expanding and redefining the OOH advertising landscape. They are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager Agencies to drive business growth by managing relationships with top media agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with media agencies, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
- Position the companys OOH media solutions effectively within the agency network.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements to maximize revenue and market share.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized media solutions that align with agency requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to enhance agency engagement.
- Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in OOH media sales, specifically handling agency clients.
- Strong network and established relationships with key media agencies in the UAE.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term partnerships and sales growth.
- Results-driven, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- UAE experience is a must.
