A leading defense company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in naval defense solutions. This role focuses on business development, account management, and sales execution within the defense sector, working closely with government entities, military clients, and key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development strategies within the naval and defense sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with military and government procurement divisions.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Stay updated on defense procurement trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and strategic meetings.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in defense sales, specifically within naval systems, maritime security, or defense technology solutions.
- Strong network within the UAE and GCC defense ecosystem, including government procurement channels.
- Proven track record of closing high-value contracts in the defense sector.
- Understanding of international defense regulations and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Technical & Industry Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of naval defense systems, maritime security solutions, and military-grade technologies.

- Experience working with naval vessels, surveillance systems, or combat systems integration.
