What We’re Looking For


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solid foundation in Sales. A Higher-Level Degree, such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a Specialised Hospitality Degree, would be Advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience within a Hospitality Sales Role with a Luxury Hospitality Brand, in a high-volume environment.
  • A solid Track Record of significant Accomplishments in Luxury Hospitality, particularly in Events Sales.
  • Extensive Knowledge and Expertise in the GCC markets, with a focus on corporate, government, group, business, leisure, and luxury Travel Segments.
  • An established Network and Relationships within the luxury hospitality industry, facilitating Collaborations and Partnerships to elevate FIVE’s reputation.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A Proactive Nature with a meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Tour Operators, Agencies, Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • Exquisite Presentation Skills, adept at engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Corporate Clients, and Event Planners.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • Creative solutions and ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.
  • Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  • ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (any additional languages are a plus).

Key Responsibilities


  • Develops industry-leading Strategies to achieve Revenue Targets for Events Sales.
  • Identifies Market Trends, Consumer Preferences and conducts remarkable Competitor Analysis to curate an exquisite Approach to identifying opportunities and targeting specific Customer Segments.
  • Utilises Market Research Insights to craft sensational Outreach, Sales and Marketing Strategies to penetrate the GCC market, ensuring boundary-breaking Results.
  • Leads and guides the award-winning Sales Team to achieve their KPIs, inspiring them to achieve Results, while celebrating their Successes as part of the FIVE Tribe.
  • Thinks Strategically to develop innovative Sales Strategies to position FIVE as 360-Degree Immersive Entertainment Destinations.
  • Builds and nurtures Long-Lasting Relationships with Clients, from tour operators to corporate accounts, and MICE organisers, employing top-notch Communication and Negotiation Skills to foster valuable Partnerships with a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Touch.
  • Promotes and Sells event spaces to corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers, ensuring the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ is experienced throughout the Sales Process.
  • Collaborates with Agencies and Tour Operators to skyrocket Bookings for Event Spaces, creating a buzz around FIVE’s First-in-Class Concepts and securing a Consistent Stream of Customers.
  • Prepares meticulous Sales Forecasts, bespoke budgets, and premium Performance Reports for Senior Management to ensure a comprehensive Tracking of Progress and Data-Driven Decisions to achieve lavish Revenue Targets.
  • Embodies the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ at industry events and prestigious trade shows to Network, building new profitable Business Relationships and strengthening ties within the European market.
  • Continuously analyses the ever-evolving GCC Market Trends, with a keen eye on Competitors, to identify disruptive Growth Opportunities and dynamically adjust Sales Tactics to maintain a ‘FIVE-Star’ Flair.
