Job Description

The role will be responsible for the following: 

 


  • Business Development and Sales Strategy: Develop a comprehensive business plan for the financial year, with clear sales targets, timelines, and segmentation. Align with projects and key performance indicators.


  • Account Management & Lead Generation: Manage key accounts while actively generating new sales leads independently. Foster relationships with existing and potential clients.


  • Consultant & Designer Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of consultants and designers to drive new business opportunities and expand market reach.


  • Tender Tracking & Project Management: Monitor tenders from government and private sectors, evaluate tender documents, and prepare competitive quotations for approval. Manage all stages of lighting projects from lead generation to project closure.


  • Market Analysis & Energy Audits: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends. Perform energy audits for lighting retrofit projects to optimize energy savings.


  • Experience & Technical Skills: A minimum of 5 years in LED lighting or MEP product sales, with expertise in technical support, lighting design, AutoCAD, and sales software. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required.
