Charterhouse is working with a European leader in architectural lighting. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role will focus on managing the sales division for innovative lighting solutions, building corporate partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence in the UAE and the broader GCC region.
About the role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the success and growth of the brand in the region by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives. The role includes overseeing regional operations, optimizing sales processes, achieving customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely project delivery. Additionally, the Sales Manager will maintain and develop new relationships with key clients in the region, including architects, designers, and contractors, to promote high-quality lighting solutions across the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the lighting industry, established relationships, and experience in managing regional budgets and annual sales planning to drive profitability.
About you
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the lighting innovation sector or in an appliances manufacturing company, with experience in high-value projects in the UAE. Additionally, fluency in Italian is required. The ideal candidate must be available to travel as required by the business, own a vehicle, and have a valid UAE driver's license. Our client is looking for a motivated and creative individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
