About the job Sales Manager - Import Seafood Products
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Middle Eastern market to oversee our import seafood products division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, a deep understanding of the seafood industry, and fluency in Arabic. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Middle East.
- Analyze market data to improve sales tactics and product offerings.
- Client Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client issues promptly.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Market Research:

- Reporting:

Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the seafood industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and logistics within the Middle East.
- Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
