🚀 Sales Manager – High Commission + Full-Time Opportunity

💰 Who we are looking for:
We need a hunter, not an office worker. Someone who knows how to find clients, build relationships, and close deals. If you’re looking for a fixed salary without results – this is NOT for you.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
• Actively find and reach out to new clients in hotels, restaurants, and premium brands
• Pitch, negotiate, and close deals
• Work with potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
• Develop strong partnerships with marketing professionals and business owners
💵 Compensation & Career Growth:
✔ First 1-2 months (trial period):
• 100% commission-based (20-30% per deal)
• Earn 5K-15K AED per sale (average deal size 5K-50K AED)
• No fixed salary at this stage – we want to see results first
✔ After the trial period (if successful):
• Full-time contract with base salary + commission
• Employment visa & health insurance provided
• Long-term career growth and unlimited earning potential
💡 Who should apply?
✔ Experience in B2B sales, advertising, marketing, or event industry
✔ Strong negotiation and closing skills
✔ Ambitious and ready to earn based on performance
✔ Comfortable working remotely (we don’t need an office, we work on-site with clients)
✅ B2B Sales & Business Development – Ability to generate leads and close deals in the hospitality, restaurant, and luxury brand sectors.
✅ Cold Outreach & Lead Generation – Strong experience in LinkedIn, Instagram, and email prospecting.
✅ Negotiation & Closing Skills – Ability to pitch, handle objections, and secure contracts with high-value clients.
✅ Networking & Relationship Building – Strong connections or ability to establish long-term partnerships.
✅ Marketing & Advertising Knowledge – Understanding of photo-video production, branding, and content marketing is a plus.
✅ Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Able to work remotely, manage sales pipeline, and hit revenue goals.

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or luxury brand industries
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
