Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the West Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The interior of the resort is inspired by the ancient palaces of the Ottoman Era and features hand-painted finishings, artworks and stunning murals influenced by the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire. The resort features 405 rooms and suites, 38 Royal Villas, and the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, one of the largest and most luxurious spas in the Middle East. About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager - German Market at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Execute the sales strategy to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external sales teams to ensure effective sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business units to drive sales.
  • Increase room occupancy by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
  • Track and report sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure targets are met.
  • Identify new business through events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage customer data and leads using CRM to increase conversions.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients to encourage bookings.
  • Lead and support the sales team, ensuring they meet performance goals and work effectively together.
  • Follow company policies and ensure compliance with safety, health, and grooming standards.

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:


  • Fluency in German is highly preferred, as the role is dedicated to the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution is required.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of French or Dutch is an added advantage for handling BENELUX and French markets.
