Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the coffee concept.
  • Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training to ensure high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Create sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the coffee industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Desired Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience in the coffee industry is highly preferred.
  • Track record of successfully meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
