What you will do:
Grow the BizApp Business
- Drive an increase in the BizApp business by expanding BizApps sales.
Sales Revenue and Deal Closure:
- Close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Focus on maximizing sales revenue for Microsoft and Tableau.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with high-value clients.
- Regularly engage with clients to review solutions, ensuring a minimum customer retention rate of 85% and consistently high customer satisfaction scores.
Operations, Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly track and report sales metrics, including lead conversion, customer acquisition costs, and account profitability, focusing on refining sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Professional Development and Industry Engagement:
- Stay updated with industry trends and enhance skills through training and events. Apply new knowledge to improve sales strategies and client interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant and Tableau Desktop Specialist are advantageous.
Minimum Experience:
- Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in technology solutions, including Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Azure hosting services, Power Apps, and Tableau. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships is essential.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the technology sector, particularly enterprise software solutions, is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, Power Apps, and Tableau. Ability to tailor solutions to client needs and drive sales effectively.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, presenting complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and build strong client relationships.
- Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow the business. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple sales initiatives simultaneously, focusing on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
