Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Aesthetic Injectables sales operations in the assigned territories and implementing sales and promotional strategies through supervising, coaching, and guiding a team of ProductSpecialiststo achieve a set of objectives including sales target and career development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Sales team in setting own target, marketing and sales program.
- Supervise, lead, direct, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve the overall sales target and objectives.
- Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring, revising and implementing the sales strategies, objective and plans and complete all assigned duties.
- Propose important conferences to the marketing department and effectively participate in company’s events, workshops and marketing program.
- Oversee and ensure effective implementation of medical education and training programs for sales team and HCPs in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and aesthetic HCPs in designated provinces.
- Assist and support sales teams with questions, concerns and product/service questions.
- Handle and report sales team relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
- Communicate and ensure that all subordinates adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Reporting consolidated sales team progress report to the sales supervisor.
