A real estate brokerage company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring agents, and ensuring the company meets its revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to maximize performance.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements:- AMinimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Established connections with property developers and investors.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification.
