Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll take the helm of a dedicated FX sales team, responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our FX services. You’ll be instrumental in developing sales strategies, nurturing key client relationships, and guiding your team to exceed targets. Your leadership will be key to ensuring that we continue to stand out in the FX market

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of FX sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the FX market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to your team, helping them stay at the top of their game.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless and effective customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in managing a sales team, with a strong understanding of the FX market.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
• A deep understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to inspire your team to achieve excellence.
• Arabic speaking
