Job Description

We are hiring for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in the Forex industry to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure team performance, and foster client relationships in a fast-paced trading environment. 


Responsibilities


  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance productivity.


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.


  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with the overall company strategy.


  • Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and team performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.


  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for optimization.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring excellent service and support.


  • Act as an escalation point for complex client issues and disputes, ensuring prompt resolution.


  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient process.


  • Stay updated on forex market trends, regulations, and competitors to provide informed direction to the team.


  • Organize regular training sessions to upskill the team in sales techniques, product knowledge, and market dynamics.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 5-7 years in sales management, with at least 3 years in the forex or financial services industry.


  • Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.


  • Strong understanding of forex products, trading platforms, and client acquisition strategies.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.


  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools to track and optimize team performance.


  • Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., KYC, AML) and compliance requirements.
