To ensure the continued success of Cyberdrone, we are going to expand our team with a high performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales and business development locally & internationally to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.  


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring sustained business growth and success.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends to drive sales growth and increase market share in the Assigned markets and regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the entertainment industry, utilizing industry connections and market insights.
  • Monitor and optimize client performance through a data-driven approach, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Create and take ownership of accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire client journey from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on delivering excellence at every stage for sustained success.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the entertainment, drone shows, events, or hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven experience working within the GCC, with an established client network.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel (internationally) up to 40% of the time.
