Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for our real estate projects.Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to maximize sales performance and market penetration.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new sales strategies and product offerings.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with sales goals.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
Requirements:
