Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong
background in the Agri Commodities and spices industry with a focus on
products like red chilli, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper,
Flours, Basmati Rice, Grains, Pulses
- The ideal candidate will excel in both domestic and international
sales, effectively driving revenue growth and building lasting
relationships in diverse markets.
- Candidate should have prior experience and focus in working in the
geographies and markets of GCC and other gulf countries
- This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep
understanding of spice products and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve
company targets for sales in UAE region
2. Candidate should have prior experience working in Gulf region and
be confident of driving leads and sales.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across markets,
ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
distributors, and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
6. Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and
competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
7. Focus on driving sales, profitability, timely payments from buyers
with best margins
8. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement.
9. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best
practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the
spice industry or food products.
2. Strong knowledge of international sales processes, regulations, and
cultural considerations.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to travel as required.
