Job Description

BM Ghee and Vegetable Oil Trading Co. LLC is an emerging player in the food distribution sector, based in Dubai. In the early stages of establishing our presence in the UAE market, our vision is to become a trusted partner in the food industry by providing top-quality, reliable, and innovative distribution solutions to businesses across the region.

As we begin to build our foundation, we are dedicated to forging strong, long-lasting relationships with both local and international suppliers, focusing on the highest standards in the distribution of ghee and vegetable oils. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who can help drive our growth, expand our market presence, and establish strong relationships with clients. This is a key position for someone with leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales strategy and market dynamics.

Qualifications for Sales Manager (Food Distribution):

Experience Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Economic, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., in sales or management) would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in UAE sales management, within the food distribution, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams, achieving sales targets, and growing market share.
  • Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term business relationships with local and international suppliers and clients.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market, including industry trends, key players, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive sales plans and initiatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suites, and sales-related tools.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the food industry, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • A strong network within the food or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
