We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth in Dubai and the GCC region, building relationships with key hospitality clients, luxury hotel groups, and procurement companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand BAAL’s presence in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers in hotels, including procurement directors, designers, and general managers.
• Generate leads, nurture client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Pitch BAAL’s bespoke furniture and operational supplies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market.
Client Management & Relationship Building:
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing hotel clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Regularly visit clients, attend industry networking events, and represent BAAL at trade shows.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
• Stay updated on industry trends, upcoming hotel openings, and procurement cycles.
• Develop insights into competitor activity and identify opportunities for BAAL to differentiate itself.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to align sales efforts with client needs.
Revenue & Performance Management:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and price negotiations in line with company guidelines.
Requirements:
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of hotel project timelines, procurement cycles, and luxury design trends.
• Network: Established relationships with hotel operators, FF&E procurement firms, and interior designers in the GCC.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in business development, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals.
• Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
• Travel: Willingness to travel across the GCC for client meetings and industry events.

2. Industry Knowledge & Market Expertise:
• Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, including hotel procurement processes and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).
• Knowledge of interior design trends, high-end materials, and craftsmanship in furniture production.
• Awareness of key players in the GCC hospitality sector, including hotel groups, procurement firms, and designers.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with luxury hotel clients, procurement directors, and interior designers.
• Ability to consult and advise clients on custom furniture solutions that align with their brand identity and design vision.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
4. Communication & Presentation:
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to showcase BAAL’s value proposition to high-end clients.
• Ability to prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Commercial & Analytical Thinking:
• Ability to analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
• Strong financial acumen, with an understanding of pricing structures and margin calculations.
• Skilled in structuring deals that balance profitability and long-term client relationships.
6. Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to overcoming sales challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics and client feedback.
7. Technical & Digital Proficiency:
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activity and manage client relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales reporting and presentations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media for lead generation and brand awareness.

• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern luxury market and business etiquette.
• Ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals, luxury hotel executives, and designers.
