We are Looking for a Arab and English speaking Sales Manager/Executive to join our farm operations team. The Person will be responsible for driving the growth of our farm’s product sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market reach. The ideal candidate will have a background in agricultural sales and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for our farm’s products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and regional markets, including wholesalers, distributors, and retail buyers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with buyers to maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the farm’s product offerings, including seasonality, quality standards, and sustainability practices.
• Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth product delivery and payment processes.
• Lead and mentor a small sales team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:
