Job Description

  • Creates and executes effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Identifies new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the market; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiates contracts and pricing with clients to close sales deals.
  • Solves clients’ complaints and recommends most suitable solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Conducts regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manages the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring an efficient and effective sales process.
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining up to date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings, including fabric types, garment customization options, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Prepares sales reports, forecasts, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and presents it to the country manager.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Recruits, trains, and mentors sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Participates in events, exhibitions, forms on behalf of the company reflecting a professional image.


Skills

  • Proven experience as a sales manager or relevant role
  • Experience in Sales Management in Image Clothing, or High-End fashion is a must
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed
