Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site sales manager roleat IRS Group UAE in Dubai South, Dubai,United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will generate leads, approach potential clients, handle all customer communications and requests, negotiate sales agreements, and develop and maintain customer relationships in the Heavy Machinery and spare parts industry. It is crucial that the Sales Manager has experience in the Industry and has their roster of clients to work with from the beginning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analytics to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the heavy machinery equipment market.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Market knowledge for Heavy Machinery Spare parts in CIS countries
- Experience in sales of Heavy Machinery;
- Experience in sales of Caterpillar / Komatsu / Cummins spare parts, etc.
- Fluency in English and Russian languages is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role in heavy machinery equipment or related industry (not automotive);
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent leadership abilities to develop and build a sales team in the future
- Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Engineering, or arelated field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software;
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
