At Stella Stays, you will:


Stella Stays is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Lead to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial growth, responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base across both B2B and B2C segments. Your strategic mindset and sales expertise will play a key role in strengthening our market presence and achieving our ambitious targets.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry developments.
  • Present Stella Stays’ offerings fluently in English and Arabic, with the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and generate clear reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the commercial team.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and real estate sectors.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to inform future product and service development.
  • Support internal training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the sales and reservations team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or a related sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong market knowledge with the ability to navigate both local and regional dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Russian is required.\Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and close high-value deals.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer data effectively.
